Please take note that for transfer service, we need at least 2 days advance notice.
If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If your pickup place is at an airport, our driver will wait for you at the terminal for maximum of 110 minutes after your flight arrives.
If you encounter issues that will take a long time to resolve (eg. Luggage is damaged…), please contact your driver immediately. Otherwise, our drivers will assume clients forgo their service.
If your pickup place is at a hotel, our driver will greet you in hotel lobby. Our driver will wait you for a maximum of 40 minutes. If you encounter any emergency, please contact your driver immediately. Otherwise, our drivers will assume clients forgot their service (without refund).
